A six minute meditation or short relaxation after your yoga practice

A brief practice to get started with meditation or deep relaxation at the end of your yoga movement (savasana). Find a quiet space, free from distractions and use any props, such as bolsters, blankets or pillows to make yourself comfortable. You can sit up in a comfortable chair, lie on your yoga mat or in your bed.
