Mini Yoga Warrior 3.

One of my favorite poses is Warrior 3.  I’m not exactly sure why I love it but it is probably because I am obsessed with hip and core strengthening.  My professional focus is on functional movement through yoga, barre and pilates.  I am a therapeutically trained yoga teacher.  I work to improve my clients daily life by giving them the tools to be stronger…and happier!  Warrior 3 and all balance poses are great to work on for hip stability and strength.  This is a fun mini yoga flow where  I revolve, reverse and laugh that I cropped my head off during recording.  Please go at your own pace and modify as needed.  You don’t have to leave the ground to work on your balance!  If you would like to practice with me check out my schedule at www.redlifeyoga.com.
