I am crazy about YOUR plank pose because I care about your shoulders and low back.  Here I demonstrate proper form and structure for a full plank on the toes.  Learn to protect your shoulders and find hip alignment with me.  After you have mastered your foundation and strengthened your core and shoulders a bit you can follow through with good form on your chaturanga dandasana.  You can read more on that here.
