Join Danielle for beginner yoga with warrior 1 and tree pose. We will start with a meditation and move through your range of motion and flexibility.  Remember to go at your own pace and modify as needed.  I used a blanket to sit on during the opening and it can also be used for padding on the knees.  A block is always a helpful prop to bring the floor closer to you.
