Circuit Workout #4 (Heavy)

Grab your weights!

The Circuit Workout is the fast and the furious of the exercise world.  Got your playlist ready?  Full-body workouts are more functional because they are more like the activities in our daily life.  Always move at your own pace and modify. This round is my heavier set of weights so that means I will do 8-10 reps for each exercise with no breaks in between.  I am using 15 lb weights here but you can use whatever works for you and your body today!  Usually higher weights mean less reps  and the goal is strength while lower weights mean more reps and the goal is endurance.  This is just a guide.  Make it your own and have fun…

You have the option to complete the circuit multiple times.  When repeating take a one minute rest in between.  If you are going through the circuit 3 times or more and it isn’t that difficult or if you feel like the individual exercises are not that hard then maybe it is time to use heavier weights.

10 push ups

10 squats

10 walking lunges

10 downward dog push ups

10 overhead triceps in wide squat hold

10 military press in wide squat hold

10 wide squat pulses
